What you'll need:
- Degree in the field required (Asset Reliability/Mechanical Engineering)
- Must have experience in a MMS (Maintenance Management System) utlizing IoT (Internet of Things) tools and systems
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English required
- Experience with world class maintenance systems management and/or implementation required
- Demonstrated experience with maintenance in heavy fabrication or manufacturing equipment environment required
- Strong management and people skills with the demonstrated ability to work and lead teams
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time to plants in US & MX required
- 5 yrs minimum required experience in the field with 8 to 10 yrs preferred
- Experience administrating these systems across multi plant environment desired
- Experience with Electrical Controls and systems a plus
- Some experience with Facilities Engineering & Construction desired
