- Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Must have a good understanding of fabrication processes and equipment.
- Must have good understanding of measuring and testing equipment such as: Tape Measure, Calipers, Micrometer, Levels, Pressure Gages, etc
- NDE Experience is preferred
- Must have intermediate math skills (Fractional Math, converting fractions into decimals, etc.)
- Must be able to read drawings and blueprints.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have regular and predictable attendance
- Must be able to function as a team member.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
