- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3-years relevant corporate/agency recruiting for all organization levels and positions in a fast-paced environment/experience with corporate, agency and field recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Highly experienced and successful in managing or negotiating the candidate closure process
- Advanced experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other search strategies
- Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
