RSI, recently acquired by Trinity Industries, Inc is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Doraville, GA location.

What You'll Do:

• Support customer service requirements and handle general office tasks including BOL processing and some accounting-type functions.
• Customer Service, intake of BOLs, and commodities being delivered or transferred
• Fulfill daily workload and tasks delegated by manager/cross-train as necessary
• Enforce safety policies and procedures with other employees and visitors to the facility
• Update and maintain customer data bases
• Monitor and order customer inventory
• Maintain filing systems
• Maintain and communicate customer inventory information
• Compile records of office duties and activities
• Handle inquiries and incoming customer work order requests
• Review files and records to answer customer requests for information
• Check and distribute documents and correspondence
• Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and sending emails
• Organize and schedule customer work orders
• Interact with customers, railroad crews, and visitors
• Answer phones for the facility
• Utilize an inventory tracking system
• Perform all other duties as assigned. 

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver License
• Five (5) + years of experience in an Office setting, railyard preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and policies
• Proficient computer skills with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of office and business practices, equipment, and procedures
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Able to pay close attention to details and identify and correct mistakes
• Must possess good organizational skills
• Ability to perform work safely and productively

• Task Completion: Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following set procedures and following up when necessary.

Environmental Conditions:

• Office Environment:  Work in trailer or building on Rail Road Terminal property.  No exposure to extreme heat, cold, noise or chemicals or hazardous equipment.
