- Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in lean, operations, manufacturing, supply chain or related engineering discipline.
- Experience in a manufacturing company during studies
- Strong computer and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional competencies required: Learning on the Fly, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Organization
- Design and develop products using engineering fundamental and CAD skills.
- Exposure to various project design steps will allow for demonstration of team experience, innovativeness, as well as use of Microsoft Office software.
- Depending upon experience, may also participate in project scheduling, material selection, and production drawing preparation.
