- Minimum four years Leadership experience required
- Minimum of eight years’ work experience with primary responsibility in the area of contract drafting and negotiation
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of contract administration
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong writing skills including the ability to express complex contract terms accurately and concisely
- Highly organized and capable of managing high contract volume
- Able to prioritize assignments and respond to deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (particularly Word and Excel)
- Finance background
- Intermediate understanding of Insurance / Risk Management terms and concepts
- Advanced-level Excel skills
- Prior experience with SalesForce and a Contract Lifecycle Management system
