- Bachelor’s degree (engineering or business preferred)
- 10+ years proven customer relationship / service management
- Minimum of ten years leading direct teams
- Technical background with manufacturing acumen preferred
- Rail industry background or leasing experience preferred
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to engage at all levels including executive, front line and directly with Customer’s
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for managing relationships with customers, sales team members, vendors and management team
- Strong process, analytic and problem solving skills
- Collaborative style with an ability to build strong partnerships at all levels of the business
- Proven ability to lead transformational change
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Strong business maturity and acumen
- Technology savvy including familiar with CRM systems, SaaS and big data
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Six Sigma / continuous improvement experience a plus
