- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering or other related field
- Minimum of 10 years of senior quality assurance experience in systems implementation and management
- Knowledge of FRA regulations a plus
- Proven leadership skills with strong business acumen and personal effectiveness/credibility
- Excellent management skills; able to lead, direct, empower, support and encourage the development of team members
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a self-starter, able to work autonomously, and motivate the team to ensure timely achievement of objectives.
