  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Organization Development, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related major.  Masters or MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applied adult learning theory, instructional design, organizational metrics, learning management systems, and organizational development strategies
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, development, implementation, management, and assessment of a learning/organizational development function within a corporate environment.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel Word, MS Project and Visio).
  • Prior Human Resources experience a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams and across geographies/cultures
  • Experienced at influencing by building trust and credibility through proven results
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills grounded in effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience designing and delivering training related to management and leadership skills with executive leadership development experience required
  • Organizationally savvy with strong relationship building, influence and collaboration skills 
  • Flexible and able to successfully accept change
  • Proven ability to set and successfully manage a budget
  • Detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and have very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Stays abreast of the latest talent and organizational effectiveness approaches
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, set priorities, while remaining within budget and agreed upon project timelines
  • Spanish ability a plus and previous global experience a plus
