- 1-2 years of related equipment operation experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds for more than 80% of shift
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb in/out of a railcar throughout the day
- Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces
- Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions and procedures
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
