What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Knowledge of American Railroad Association (AAR) and TrinityRail codes, standards and regulations applicable to the fabrication, repair and operation of railcars highly preferred
- Ability to use tools, gauges, measuring devices and test equipment necessary for the inspection process
- Record maintaining and preparation strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills to develop relationships with customers and shop personel
