Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of environmental regulations (Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Some experience or familiarity with environmental assessments, audits, or compliance processes is preferred"

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Efficiency and organizational skills
  • Ability to use various types of technology independently and learn new systems
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar 
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications
  • Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times 
  • Effective verbal and written communication as appropriate for the needs of the audience
