What you'll need:
•Bachelor Degree in Safety or similar field
•5 years’ experience as a Safety Manager in a manufacturing facility
•Knowledgeable of State and Federal regulations relative to safety, health, environment and workers compensation
•Must have people management experience; ability to supervise and interface effectively across all levels.
•Ability to maintain accurate and current records to generate complete and timely reports.
•Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate from the shop floor to senior leadership
