Ethics and Compliance Program Manager
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Ethics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ethics and compliance, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Proven experience in project management and leading strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High ethical standards and a commitment to promoting a culture of integrity
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) highly preferred
