- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality role in a manufacturing environment
- Extensive experience in use of inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Must be certified WIS Level II or QIS Level II
- Certified to conduct/approve at least three NDE quality tests
- Must be able to work Day or Night shift
- Familiarity with appropriate codes and regulations within the rail industry
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Basic knowledge of operational function to be inspected
- Ability to perform and oversee visual and measured inspections using various measuring instruments and inspection equipment
