Capable of communicating with trainees and plant leadership in a clear and concise fashion

Be proficient on the use of mechanical hand tools used on shop floor.

Ability to achieve and maintain several welder qualifications in different welding processes such as but not limited to FCAW, GMAW, GTAW and SMAW.

Hands on training on how to use the Clamp on Amp meter
-
Hands on training on performing power source verification and filling out documentation
-
Documented training on all Weld Standards
-
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
