Trinity Industries is searching for a dynamic Summer 2026 Facilities Engineer Intern at our HQ Office in Fort Worth, TX!
- Data Organization: Streamline and organize engineering files on the “F-Drive,” implementing effective data storage and retention methodologies.
- Safety Ladder Design: Develop a simplified and safe approach for entering confined spaces, primarily tank cars, through innovative mechanical engineering solutions.
Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive Operator and Maintenance Manuals for TERSUS systems, ensuring accuracy and usability.
What You Will Need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
