Financial Business Systems Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or technical discipline. MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Functional knowledge working with financial packages of an ERP system
- 3 years’ business process design experience, focusing on process improvement
- Financial processes experience to include Transactional Inventory Reporting, Costing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Physical Inventory
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Cost, and Inventory Management business processes
- Working knowledge of business process change implications on system functionality
- Business case/benefits case development expertise
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and general audit requirements
- Solid consultative and relationship-building skills
- Project based experience is a plus
- Experience working through an ERP upgrade or deployment is highly desired
- Bilingual English/Spanish desired
