• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in operations and/or supply chain analyst roles a plus, examples include: applicable degree concentrations/majors, internship or prior job experience
• Knowledge of AAR/FRA rules and regulations pertaining to railcar repair/fabrication, maintenance/design, and applicable standards a plus but not required
• Ability to interpret and evaluate engineering drawings and regulatory codes
• Customer-focused, strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate efficiently across all levels of the organization
• Microsoft Office required including Excel at an intermediate skill level
• Additional experience a plus: visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau), CRM (such as Salesforce), Asset Management Systems
