Ability to plan, organize daily activities to ensure that schedules are met
Ability to build and lead a productive work group
3 – 5 years previous supervisory experience.
3 - 5 years experience in a heavy industrial environment
Blue print reading and knowledge of welding preferred
Must be able to work nights
