Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Five years of experience in transportation customer service billing and third-party logistics, including customer service
- Prior Management experience
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Above average analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Understanding written sentences ad paragraphs in work related documents
- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
- The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that makes sense.
- The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly
- Proven ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
