- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration
- Training in clerical/administration support with experience in office management, personnel administration or a related field and considerable experience administering personnel benefits programs and records; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with all levels of employees
- Proficient in all MS Office applications, Kronos & PeopleSoft is a plus
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources
- Good knowledge of general office procedures and personnel reporting, record processing and maintenance.
- Ability to handle confidential personnel information discreetly and maintain accurate complete and current records.
