What you'll need:
  • 5+ years’ experience in system support is required (Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud preferred) 
  • 5+ years’ experience writing HR analytical reports and dashboards (OBIEE,OTBI, BI Publisher, or QlikSense preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRIS or the equivalent combination of directly related education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledgeable about concepts, practices, and procedures within HRIS field
  • Strong time manage and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into written words
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with and participate on various teams
  • MS Office, including Word and Excel
