What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
  • 2 or more years of experience in Human Resources role
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred 
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and oral
  • Experience with internal investigations a plus
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
