What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Level Degree/Industrial Engineering Degree (BSIE preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse/Distribution or 3PL
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in projects related to process design, work measurement, productivity improvement, cost reduction and project implementation
- 2 years’ experience in ERP system environment
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD package
- Experience with work measurement methodologies and tools with an emphasis on time study expertise
- Experience in best methods development
- Experience with productivity tracking, data collection systems
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent PC skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills; demonstrated ability to interact across a broad range of organizational levels and functions
