IT Applications Systems Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing/developing reports, analytics, configuration, and integration of web-based applications
- Ability to create solutions that advance enterprise architectural objectives, including security, integrations, information governance, and analytics.
- Functional process/knowledge of finance, human resources, and/or payroll
- Working knowledge of Software Development and Maintenance Lifecycle, to include production support, patching/upgrades, infrastructure and enhancements
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated cross functional teamwork and collaboration
- Working knowledge of organizational change implications on system functionality
- Business process design experience and track record of promoting process improvement
- Maintains currency in emerging business systems best practices and technology enablers
- HIGHLY PREFERRED: Experience implementing cloud based/software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications
- HIGHLY PREFERRED: Functional/process knowledge of finance, human resources, and/or payroll
- HIGHLY PREFERRED: Systems implementation, business consulting
