- BS degree or 5+ years equivalent in IT related field with experience in contract terms and conditions, supply chain management and purchasing
- Experience understanding and developing contract terms & conditions
- Able to generate / assist with Statement of Work, deliverables schedules and SLA’s
- Negotiation experience resolving contract terms and cost containment
- Experience working with end users and Legal counsel as needed
- Experience with software licensing procurement, hardware and software procurement, SaaS software outsourcing agreements, and IT project solutions
- Expert in vendor management and sourcing
- Strong negotiation and cost containment skills
- Ability to gather and analyze financial data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills
