IT Systems Integrations Lead
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management Information systems, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent training/experience
- 5+ years in information technology
- Have formally/informally led teams of 2 – 10 resources
- Led cross-functional project teams with resources from other IT groups, etc.
- Strong people skills, able to communicate, manage and motivate people
- Integration experience with the one / all of the following technologies: Infor ION, Informatica, Mulesoft, SFTP, EDI preferred
- Experience in building data warehouses, ETL solutions, business intelligence and operational reporting in an enterprise toolset preferred; Qlikview and Birst a plus
- Have led a technology project through requirements definition to design to build to implementation to post Go-Live support
- Effective oral and written communications skills. Ability to elicit and communicate technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Self-starter, able to work independently, able to succeed in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
- Ability to work quickly, under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate and work in a cross functional team environment
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bilingual – English / Spanish, is a plus
