What you’ll need:
- Bachelor degree, comparable technical degree or a minimum of five years’ experience in an industrial maintenance role
- Minimum of five years’ managerial experience in industrial environment
- Knowledge of Lean/TMP business practices preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs while leading others through transitions
- Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical Systems
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, drawings and blueprints
- Ability to maintain a professional work environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong computer skills required
- Ability to organize, prioritize and pay attention to detail
- Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines
- Regular and predictable attendance
