What you'll need:

• Proficiency in performing Root Cause analysis of failures and working collaboratively to improve uptime through planned maintenance and operator maintenance

• Experience in creating maintenance schedules and developing maintenance training manuals and work procedures

• Proficiency in typing and computer skills such as Microsoft Office and relevant software packages

• Experience in inventory management to including use of EAM system and critical spares control

• Strong organizational skills

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills

• Able to operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move materials to proper departments or areas.

Preferred:

Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, such as steel
