Marketing Strategist
- Bachelor of Arts in Business, Marketing, or related fields required; MBA with strategy/marketing background strongly encouraged
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, industrial product management, manufacturing strategy, or related fields
- Experience in the rail industry (e.g., railroad marketing, railcar marketing/sales/product management, or railcar component marketing sales) strongly encouraged
- Skilled at effectively informing and influencing cross functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience communicating effectively with others in management, engineering, supply chain, quality, production, and marketing
- Proven analytic, research, and strategic thinking skills
- Enjoys synthesizing large amounts of information and rapidly formulating an opinion or strategy for excellence in a dynamic market
- Competitive, creative, high initiative, drive to succeed in spite of obstacles or workload
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical implementation and execution
