Market Strategist
What you’ll need:
• B.A. in business, marketing, or related fields required; MBA with strategy/marketing background strongly encouraged
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, industrial product management, manufacturing strategy, or related fields
• Experience in the rail industry (e.g., railroad marketing, railcar marketing/sales/product management, or railcar component marketing sales) strongly encouraged
• Skilled at efficiently coordinating and influencing cross functional teams
• Ability to utilize excellent interpersonal skills in management, engineering, supply chain, quality, production, and marketing
• Proven analytic, research, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to be competitive, creative, passionate and driven to succeed in spite of obstacles or workload
• Ability to balance critical thinking with tactical implementation and execution
