TrinityRail is hiring for Materials Supervisor at our Fort Worth, TX plant!

What You’ll Do
- Maintain staff by orienting and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities
- Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing & enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations
- Complete operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures
- Control expenses, participates in submitting cost savings ideas, budget information; monitors expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions
- Provide quality service by enforcing quality, customer service standards, participate in submitting quality improvements
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing procedures, specifications, MI’s and Field manuals
What You’ll Need
- Associate’s degree or above preferred
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to work with customers outside the organization
- Ability to effectively communicate/interface at all levels, verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
