We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team. This exciting opportunity offers a key role in supporting program and project reporting, as well as assisting with the setup and management of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool and maintenance of the Trinity Program Management Site. 

Additionally, this role will support a range of strategy-related analyses, including competitor assessments, dashboard development, and deriving data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy and project management within a dynamic environment while contributing to the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of program and project reports to ensure accurate and timely updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Support the setup, configuration, and management of PPM tools to streamline project tracking and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Strategy team as needed.
  • Help monitor and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and performance.
  • Assist in building project schedules and creating project charters.
  • Support the Corporate Strategy Sr. Director in keeping policies and best practices updated on Trinity's Project Management Site.

 Provide support analysis within Corporate Strategy, including:

  •  Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, project outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis
  • Synthesize market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to provide actionable insights.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to assess business opportunities, risks, and operational efficiencies.
  •  Assist in developing strategic initiatives by gathering data, building financial models, and preparing presentations for leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting and Finance or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software like Smartsheet and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Preferred:

  • Previous internship or work experience in project management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of PPM tools and software.
