“What you’ll need“

High School Diploma or equivalent - some college preferred.

4+ years of administrative experience.

Bilingual is a plus.

Strong knowledge of general office practices.

Proficient in MS office; advanced knowledge of excel preferred.

Ability to operate commonly used office equipment.

Experience with BPCS and TAS, (Trinity Trace and Scan Station) preferred.

Excellent Data Entry Skills.

Have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
