What You'll Need:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience working with databases, pivot tables, formulas, charts and graphs
- Plans, develops, enhances and maintains a Quality Management System providing continuous improvements to all products manufactured by the organization in order to meet or exceed customer specifications.
- Manages time, money, and resources available to efficiently respond to any requirement related to the quality of the system or product in a prioritized, quantifiable manner.
- Provides departmental and company leadership promoting the use of key management principles, supervision of direct reports, and others related to the quality department function.
- Must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills; ability to work with others efficiently and effectively, both one-on-one, and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor Degree in Quality Operations, Manufacturing Engineering or other related field or equivalent experience to obtain required knowledge base.
- 5 to 7 years relevant experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience, skills and responsibility is preferred and may be required.
- Direct experience with a quality function and/or quality related responsibilities.
- Direct experience in team facilitation and group leadership.
