What You’ll Need:
Ability to travel extensively until plant opening in 2020
Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience
5+ years’ relevant experience
ASQ CQM/OE, QE, CWI and/or Six Sigma Certification preferred
- Direct experience with a quality function and/or quality-related responsibilities
Direct experience in team facilitation and group leadership
Previous supervisory or management experience, skills and responsibility is required
Must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills; ability to work with others efficiently and effectively both one-on-one and as a part of a team/group
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
