What you’ll need:
- Ability to demonstrate proficient use of MicroSoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency of general office practices
- In-depth knowledge of automated data handling systems and scheduling software
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with visitors, customers and division personnel
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in in handling telephone calls
Preferred:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing sales or customer service/administration role
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a shipping department, or labor data collection role
