What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum five years’ experience and expertise in railroad terminal operations, transloading, safety regulations, and applicable industry standards.
- At least three years of proven leadership experience required.
- Prior customer-facing experience highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, resolve problems, and make sound decisions.
- Live or relocate somewhere within the region is preferred.
