What you'll need:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of sales experience, strong planning problem-solving and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and proficient computer skills.
• 3 years of equipment rental experience, with an emphasis on safety-related products preferred
• 3 years of experience in the construction industry and proven sales and customer service success, in either vertical, commercial or highway/traffic safety
• Experience with reading civil, site, maintenance of traffic and phasing plans, construction schedules a plus
• Effective leadership, motivational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently; strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task
• The successful candidate will have experience in Traffic Safety, understanding of MUTCD standards
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record is required
• Experience and familiarity with NYC and surrounding areas.
• Reliable and predictable attendance
