What You'll Need:
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years sales experience, strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Exposure to construction or highway/traffic safety industries
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, which may include extended work hours
- Proficient computer skills with extensive experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work on a team and independently
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Preferred - 3 years of experience in the construction industry and sales and customer service success, in either vertical, commercial or highway/traffic safety
- 3 years of equipment rental experience, with an emphasis on safety-related products preferred
- Experience with reading civil, site, maintenance of traffic and phasing plans, construction schedules
- Experience in Traffic Safety, understanding of MUTCD standards
