What you'll need:
- B.S. or equivalent in Accounting/Advanced degree in Accounting preferred (CPA or current CPA exam candidate strongly preferred)
- 6-8+ years’ progressive accounting experience
- Experience in Big 4/National firm public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience in a public company setting strongly preferred
- 2+ years’ experience with corporate accounting, financial reporting, SEC filings and/or technical accounting research
- Experience with WDesk/Workiva platform and XBRL tagging preferred
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, attention to detail and a strong sense of personal accountability to meet professional commitments
- Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
- Team-oriented, mature and able to resolve conflict
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are critical to success in the role
- Must demonstrate sound judgment and integrity beyond reproach in all situation
