- Bachelor Degree in Quality Operations, Manufacturing Engineering or other related field or equivalent experience to obtain required knowledge base
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience, skills and responsibility is preferred
- Direct experience with a quality function and/or quality related responsibilities
- Must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills; ability to work with others efficiently and effectively, both one-on-one, and as part of a team
- Microsoft Office experience, especially experience with databases, pivot tables, formulas, charts and graphs
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
