Senior Business Analyst
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree required (Computer Science/Engineering/MIS/Finance Highly Preferred/MBA Preferred)
- Extensive experience conducting discovery phase workshops
- Extensive experience on Business Process Re-engineering, Business Process Management
- Expertise in Brainstorming and Ideation
- Expertise in Railcar industry/transportation or leasing domain Highly Preferred
- Supply Chain and Manufacturing knowledge
- Prior lead or consulting experience is highly preferred
- Strong , organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Must possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Self- Starter, Creative and innovative
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
- Team player and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- SQL query experience required
- Working experience of Team Foundation Server
- Expertise in Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Project and PowerPoint
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification.
- BPM Certification (AIIM BPM Certificate, Certification from BPMInstitute.org, ABPMP’s Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®)). See post from the Process Excellence Network on 8 Business Process Management (BPM) training providers.
- BA Certification (CBAP/CCBA, BCS BA Certification, PMI-PBA, etc).
