- High School graduate or equivalent required
- 3 years of experience as a repair technician in an industrial setting preferably large steel manufacturing or related field required
- Advanced mechanical skills required
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and rebuilding various types of power transfer devices, pumps and gearboxes on production equipment
- Experience troubleshooting low voltage controls
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Must learn and promote the structured safety culture within TrinityRail
