What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 3 years of structural fitter experience
- Work requires the ability to read blueprints, welding procedure specifications and shop orders
- Able to perform basic math calculations using fractions; carpenter's math
- Ability to work with a tape measure and determine center point
- Must be able to inspect own finished welds to meet Trinity Quality Standards
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (cranes, forklift) to move and align materials
- All fitters have to pass a tack-weld test; six-part practical test using an oxy-fuel cutting torch
- Willingness to work 2nd shift: Mon – Fri 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
