Trinity Heads Inc. is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Senior Die Maintenance in our Navasota TX Location. Our products are an integral part of the supply chain that helps fuel our lives and our economy. The Senior Die Maintenance position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who doesn’t stray away from a challenge.
What You'll Do:
This team member will design and assemble complex jigs or fixtures, understand and apply steel properties to designs, and coordinate tooling: gather proper tooling for presses, set-up into staging area, inspect before and after usage and return to storage or die maintenance. Provide written reports on condition of tooling or problems. Maintain and complete all required records and comply with all company safety rules and procedures.

Operates overhead cranes.

Able to pass required forklift written and driving tests.

Proficient in reading tape measure and pi tape.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Required:
-Die formation experience
-Basic welding knowledge and skill
-Overhead crane and forklift experience
-Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math
-Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions

-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and co-workers
-Regular and predictable attendance
