What you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field
- 10+ years of prior HR leadership/people management experience in a corporate setting
- 5+ years recent experience creating and implementing Organization Effectiveness strategies
- Experience and certification utilizing psychological assessment tools for talent development purposes
- You will have least 3 years of experience implementing/working process improvement (design and implementation) efforts, ideally with LEAN principles or related (e.g., Six Sigma, etc.)
- Open to travel as needed (10%)
