Trinity Industries, Inc. is hiring a Senior Mobile Equipment Operator (Track Mobile Operator) at our Saginaw, TX plant.

The Senior Mobile Equipment Operator (Track Mobile Operator) position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who does not stray away from a challenge.
What you will do:
- Moves car/tanks per schedule and/or verbal instructions
- Follows procedures in the operation of track mobile equipment
- Loads equipment within balance and weight requirements; drives with extreme caution
- May perform minor preventative maintenance to track mobile
- Identifies and reports to the maintenance team any equipment problems
- Keeps equipment clean; performs general housekeeping/clean up in assigned work area
- May also perform duties of Prep Worker for the Coatings department
- Initiates and maintains all applicable paperwork as required
- Follows all safety rules and practices
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Service oriented, highly organized, pay close attention to detail can prioritize in demanding situations, remains calm under pressure.
- Communicates well with others clearly and precise over two-way radio.

What you will need:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy mobile equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work Day or Night shift and overtime
- Ability to stand and walk frequently, and at times consistently, throughout the shift
- Bilingual - ability to speak English and Spanish preferred
