TrinityRail Maintenance Services is hiring a Senior Mobile Equipment Operator (2nd Shift) for our Shell Rock, IA facility!

As a Senior Mobile Equipment Operator, you will operate mobile equipment used in the movement and handling of railcars.
Responsibilities include:
Operating or acting as ground crew for track mobiles and switch engines
Moving railcars safely and efficiently
Operating switches and ensuring proper railcar placement
Using technology and digital tools to review and verify railcar movement
Following all safety rules, procedures, and best practices
Participating in safety committees or initiatives as needed
Performing regular work outdoors—including exposure to extreme heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
Maintaining regular, reliable attendance
Completing other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
2+ years of experience in mobile equipment or related operations
Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow all procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions
